Returns

Due to the nature of our products and how they are packaged, we cannot offer returns simply for a change of mind or incorrect order. Please check over your order prior to purchase to ensure you have exactly what you need!

We do offer an exchange or refund for damaged or faulty items though, so if you find yourself with some products that have arrived damaged or faulty, please email returns@skpurebeauty.com and someone will get back to you.

Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for all purchases over $100 in Australia and we use SENDLE Couriers. We do not currently offer Express Shipping.

Australian Standard Post  |  2 - 5 business days |  $5.00

New Zealand Standard Post  |  10 - 16 business days |  $20.00

Rest of the World  |  10 - 30 business days  |  $30.00

Dispatch Times

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. 

Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays or Campaigns) dispatch times may change.
