We offer Standard shipping in Australia through Sendle.
Australian Standard Post | 2 - 7 business days | $5
Australian Express Shipping | 2 - 3 business days | $10.00
New Zealand Standard Post | 10 - 16 business days | $15.00
Asia Pacific | 10 - 28 business days | $20.00 (please note large orders over 500g will incur an extra shipping fee)
North America & Western Europe | 10 - 28 business days | $22.00 (please note large orders over 500g will incur an extra shipping fee)
Rest of the World | 14 - 3- business days | $30.00 (please note large orders over 500g will incur an extra shipping fee)
We know paying for shipping is so frustrating! We try to absorb as much of it as we can so you don't have to pay the full cost.
DISPATCH TIMES
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays or Campaigns) dispatch times may change.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
SKINCARE:
Due to the nature of our products and how they are packaged, we cannot offer returns simply for a change of mind or incorrect order. Please check over your order prior to purchase to ensure you have exactly what you need!
We offer an exchange or refund for damaged or faulty items though, so if you find yourself with some products that have arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will ask for photos and a description of the issue. Once the product/s have been deemed damaged or faulty, we will then arrange for you to return the products to our office. Once the products have been received, you will be given your refund or sent new products as per the agreement.
ACCESSORIES:
We are happy to offer exchange on all of our accessories, as long as they are still in the original packaging. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping.
